JBH Testimony

• • Hello I am going to use my initials instead of my name for this but I would like for you to read about my experiences of Electronic Warfare/Harassment on Civilians.
    
    My harassment started the very day I was born.
    
    Throughout my life the harassment has varied from illegal spying and effecting my interaction with the world around me to harassment from those around me and illegal persecution from the public services and the government. Not to mention audio from nurophones and constant irritation in the last few years.
    
    Aged only a few years I remember having holographic intruders projected in the family home at night.
    
    Although I had a good [completely average] upbringing I was affected both myself and those around me by not being able to interact properly with the world around us leading to a sometimes isolated lifestyle particular sociably with unexplainable occurrences.
    
    I found that at times I was being helped to get through life this includes things like never being refused a job ECT however these all included negative factors and/or ended badly with the negative factors outweighing the positive factors over time.
    
    I have found a distinct lack in the variation of how people look with everybody being made up of about 20 different designs in total.
    
    I have written this experience report to get any help that I can with this and to make sure others know what to expect.
    
    There is no I in team but there is an E for everybody I only wish the world worked more like this than it dose at the moment.

Yesterday, about 4 PM, while driving from a Chiropractor who had taken new X-Rays & taking them for 2nd opinion to my treating Holistic Chiropractor, I was ambushed by a Ford Edge SEL, SUV, Vehicle License Plate: 239 JMU, Driver: Palila Andrea Acosta.  Then, the 1st Responders took their turn until around midnight when the University of Miami Hospital's Emergency Room kicked me out curb-side.

Dear Bioethics Commission, Ms. Gutmann, Members and Staff:

This letter is a statement making you aware of the fact that I, Pamela June Anderson, a citizen of the United States of America, have been a victim of nonconsensual and illegal experimentation and extensive psychological operations. Extending from Mkultra subprojects. I was chosen at birth and placed in one of these programs which I believe started as subproject 119 and Cointelpro projects dating back to the 1950’s. I am requesting an immediate Congressional Investigation.

My father worked for NASA, and my step-father was enlisted in the USAF.  It is very well known that the military and their dependants have been used in these covert programs.  The responsible parties for my nonconsensual experimentation are the Department of Defense, the intelligence communities and private military contractors.  

Some of the examples of my torture, experimentation and harassments include, but are not limited to, are:

1.       At five years of age in 1963 I was remotely electro- shocked awake and witnessed a UFO hovering in a field outside our house in Sherman, TX.  I woke my stepsister and she also witnessed the UFO.  I was immediately put into a remotely influenced deep sleep.  Neither my sister nor I ever mentioned it to our parents; it was like it was erased from our memories.  My stepfather was stationed at the Air Force Base in that area. It is my personal opinion that the experience was an induced screen memory. I started experiencing extreme sleep disturbance after that which has continued. The doctors could not explain.

2.       In approximately 1968, while stationed at Cape Charles Virginia, I was again subjected to military testing of UFO’s. During one of these tests, my mother was with me but I never talked about it, it was if I had been put into a trance or hypnotized not to tell anyone.

3.       In 1974 we were stationed at Ellsworth AFB during that time I was ask to play basketball on the Ellsworth AFB women’s military team.  I thought it was strange being only 16yrs old to be playing with grown women but my mother insisted.  During the game, one of the women stuck her finger into my right eye which witnesses stated was intentional.  What resulted was an eye injury that consisted of a scratch across my cornea and a small bubble where the flesh separated from my eyeball and the connective tissue.  Surgery was needed to repair the damage.  The day of the surgery my dad was called on alert, so my mother took me to the Base hospital. She dropped me off and did not accompany me.  I was placed into a private room and was shortly wheeled into the operating room.  In the operating room the doctor and I were alone. There was no support staff, and no medical equipment such as: heart monitors, IV, blood pressure monitors, etc. The Doctor visually examined me.  Then he administered a hypodermic and I lost consciousness.  When I became aware, I was back in the private room sitting up in bed speaking fluent Spanish.(which I did not know)  I remember hearing the nurses saying that they needed an interpreter, the episode lasted about ten minutes.  After this surgery I went from an honor roll student that year to a failing D-.  Immediately, I started experiencing abnormal, controlled horrifying dreams and remotely influenced imagery that has never ended.

5.       I have suffered the systematic destruction of my life, health, credibility, financial and general well being as a result of being placed in this program.  For decades I have suffered the following due to these remote weapons and research:

·         My dwellings and vehicles illegally entered, items destroyed or missing and may or may not be replaced at a later date.

·         Organized stalking

·         Remotely influenced control of my mind

·          Burns causing blisters on my ears and foot

·          1/8 inch lacerations that appeared on my arms that bled profusely {these appeared while walking thru a store}

·         Sleep depravation

·         Forced awake at the same time 4:00am

·         Controlled dreams and imagery

·         Cognitive and behavioral control

·         Forced speech

·         While falling asleep – racing heart – decreased heart beat

·         Synthetic  telepathy, Bio communication or Voice to skull

·         Remote influenced trances

·         Remotely influenced subliminal control

·         Projected sounds including voice morphing

·         All forms of communication intercepted: land line and cell phones, mail missing, opened or delayed. Sprint recently admitted only the Government has the power to intercept or corrupt my Blackberry. A Sprint employee in Redlands Ca. witnessed my Blackberry remotely being activated.  I recently had to get a replacement Blackberry.  I have had a plethora of cell phones, all with the same Cointelprol tactics.  My computer programs, internet searches and e-mails

censored, controlled or delayed. All made very obvious.   

·         Records missing or information changed

·         Appointments cancelled

·         Drop down in my tracks fatigue attacks - Dr. cannot explain

·         Induce sleep - Dr. cannot explain

·         All vehicles damaged and staged accidents

·         Electric bills double or triple what they should be with no recourse

·         Money missing out of my accounts

·         Electric shocks all over my body (especially the neck) Dr. cannot explain

·         Non existing warrants for my arrest

·         Extreme blurred vision, itching eyes and eye pain with almost total loss of sight during attacks.  Rapid loss of vision that comes and goes – Dr. cannot fully explain

·          Excruciating knee pain (unable to walk) for weeks with a sudden recovery – Dr. cannot explain

·         Forced remote sexual stimulation and forced orgasms

·         Intense pain in hands (unable to use) sudden recovery – Dr. cannot explain

·         Debilitating migraines – Dr. cannot explain

·         Feeling of energy passing over or inside my body

·         Parts of my body vibrating

·         Sudden hearing loss

·          Objects vibrating in front of me

·         Remote neural monitoring coupled with bio communication dictating what I am doing

·         2011 diagnosed with sudden hearing loss syndrome coupled with Morse Code and radio signal pulsed sounds constant ringing and intense pressure. Lived three miles from Tinker AFB Oklahoma – Dr. cannot explain

·         In ability in make a living since 1988: unexplained and unaccountable customer complaints or sudden illnesses, employers could not contact me because my phone said it was disconnected when in fact it wasn’t. Car sabotaged, my resume never reaching employers via internet etc….

·         My dog murdered, dog, cat and myself all diagnosed with nodules or tumor on thyroid

·         Witness my cat screaming in pain from being remotely tortured (vet could find any reason)

·         During attacks extreme confusion unable to find my way while driving, unable to articulate or remember. Intense white spot in my mind’s eye - blank

·         Intense itching all over body – Dr. cannot explain

·         Bee like stings on feet that leave a raised red bump

·         Body temperature randomly raised to extremely hot then lowered – Dr. cannot explain

·         Involuntary movements of my head and limbs

·         Wind knocked out of me while laying in bed

·         Police reports missing and the ones remaining falsified

·         FBI refusing to take my statement

·         Intense pain all over body with feeling of pressure

This is just an example of some of what I have been thru; I had no history of mental illness and was very close to paying off my liquor store in 1988 when I was obviously attacked with synthetic telepathy. I was forced into the mental health system as a method to discredit me, I had friends rally to my side telling the Doctors that something was done to me. No one would believe me then or now.  The use of these weapons and programs has destroyed my life.  The doctors cannot explain the above conditions and sudden recovery on the majority of them.  To date I have: Non age related cataracts, nodule on thyroid, nodule on adrenal gland and sudden hearing loss syndrome. These are all resulting from being subject to electromagnetic weapons.  Endless MRI’s, X-rays, test after test, specialist after specialist. Thousands of dollars in debt and the doctors cannot find a reason.  I have witnesses.

How much more evidence do you need?  Thousands of identical complaints, proven declassified information on these programs and weapons.  I am sure you are very well aware of them so I am not going to list them.  I demand to be removed from these programs and compensated for being a non-consensual human test subject since birth.  Hard copy to follow.

Lisa Becker's Testimony

My name is, Lisa Becker, and I currently reside in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  You may find my story difficult to believe, I still can’t believe this could happen in America.

My story begins in 2001- how I came to be involved is really a matter of speculation.  I truly don’t know why I was chosen for targeting, other than I am opinionated and contacted the White House and my representatives whenever an issue interested me.  I was a landlord and a business person and frequently had to make decisions that impacted other peoples lives.  There is also the possibility that local law enforcement needed a target to utilize their new equipment from the NIJ.

I was happily married to my soul mate of 20 years,  I had my own business and our primary residence, an 8 unit apartment building was almost paid for.  Life was looking good. 

Almost overnight strange things began to happen.

• I began getting phone calls where the caller would hang up after about 20 seconds.
• My home and my business were being vandalized.
• My husband became depressed and had difficulty sleeping along with headaches.
• The neighbors near my residence and my business began dumping garbage on my property.
• The City of Racine closed the street to my business forcing me to close for several months.
• My husband began an affair with a co-worker, (not in character for him)
• I had what seemed to be a seizure.
• Our dog began defecating on the carpet.
• My automobile was being vandalized.
• After my husband moved out, someone began entering my apartment and stole personal items, vandalized walls and furniture and left a penny in unusual places.  This was done repeatedly for almost two years.
• I had developed what seemed to be neurological problems and extreme fatigue.
• I had a sensation of vibration and electricity running through my body.
• I felt ill, very ill.
• Red marks began appearing on my forehead and the bridge of my nose.

At the time I did not see the relationship of the above issues.  I simply adapted to my new situation and coped well under the circumstances.  I quickly found that calling the police was of no help.  They treated me rudely and disrespectfully.  I realize now that I was being targeted with Cointel-pro tactics, gang stalking and directed energy weapons. 

At night I would hear a hissing sound and would awaken to find pink dust everywhere.  It was as if someone was blowing insulation into my bedroom at night   I had had enough, I was not a criminal, nor even a bad person.  I have always lived within the law and have treated all people with respect.  Someone was trying very hard to destroy me and everything I had worked for.  I decided to sell and get out of Racine, Wisconsin.

After the sale of our real estate assets I moved to Florida to start a new life in a new location.  I moved to Orlando and purchased a lovely condominium at beautiful Bella Terra.  I made a number of friends, many who were recently divorced and my age.  It looked like my problems were behind me and I was going to get a second chance at life.  My neighbor Brenda and I became rather close and spent a little time together talking almost daily.  One day she mentioned that the people above me had moved some very large equipment into the apartment just above me.  She said it appeared to be very heavy, as it took two men difficulty to get it up to the 3^rd floor.  Once again strange things began to happen.

• Pennies once again started appearing in odd places, like my bathroom sink.
• Red marks on my walls began appearing again.
• Strange odors that seemed exceptionally strong and toxic emitted through my ventilation system.
• Books, clothing, batteries and tools began disappearing.
• It seemed someone was tampering with my food.
• I became very lethargic as if I was drugged.

I now realized that this was very serious and inter-connected. 

In June of 2007 I went to bed as usual and was awoken about 2:00am by a sensation of electrocution.  I jumped from bed to look for the source of the electricity and heard people laughing.  I realized that whomever was laughing was somehow responsible for what I believe was a tazer attack.  How did they tazer me right through a wall or concrete floor I wondered.  I moved to the living room sofa after my heart stopped racing, only to hear a heavy cart roll on the floor above me. I was hit over and over again with this directed energy weapon.

This went on night after night.  I began sleeping in different places, like neighbors homes, my van, at work, at hotels, but I could not escape the attacks.  I believe they were coming from a land based source because I could hear people outside moving around.  One evening at 2:00 am they started at me and I got up and went to Charlie’s condo on the 3^rd floor.  My dog and I were always welcome there.  We stood in the shadows on the enclosed patio while I heard men running down the stairs saying, “where did she go?” After 5 minutes a helicopter began searching for something with a spot light all over the area I was observing.  It was at this moment that I realized the search was for me and this was more than just a rogue gang, these people had resources.

I began to look on the Internet to find out about these weapons and found out more than I ever wanted to know about directed energy weapons, (DEW) and mind control. 

I also discovered that the only people that had them were:  military personnel, law enforcement and the numerous security agencies.

WHY WAS THE GOVERNMENT TRYING TO KILL ME AND WHY TORTURE ME FIRST?  This is a question that still is unanswered.

 

The sleep deprivation was nearly the end of me.  I went to a doctor who performed what he called, “an informal psychological evaluation”, he did blood work as well and said I had low potassium.  He found me to be mentally, “sound as a bell”.

But I  became so impaired mentally, I had to call home and ask for help.  I was near a point where I would not be able to make my own decisions.  My ex-husband was a God-send.  He came immediately and moved me lock, stock and barrel back to my family in Wisconsin.  Unfortunately, my family did not believe what I told them.  They assumed there was something wrong with me.  They grasped for any answer, except the truth.

After returning home I began a phone campaign to legislators and anyone I thought could help me.  In December, 2007, I received a call from an Investigator Zimmerman from the Washington D.C., Capital Police Dept.  He told me to stop bothering the legislators, that they could not help me and if any of them tried to help me he would take action against them.  He said, we consider you a threat.  He was threatening and abusive.  None of my elected officials would return my phone calls, much less give me a meeting.  When I contacted the FBI, I was told that what was being done to me was not illegal.   They said there was no jurisdiction.  They were unbelievably rude and abusive.

I began to look on the Internet for others in my area.  I quickly found many others.  To date there are approximately 25 people in Wisconsin that are actively being targeted with directed energy attacks and mind manipulation.  Four of us from Wisconsin went to Washington D.C. to provide testimony to the President’s Commission on Bio-ethics.  We were politely received, but to date they have not stopped the attacks on our person’s or our minds.

What has held me together through years of torture has been my faith. 

To this day I continue to sustain burns to different parts of my body, particularly my hands and feet. I have ear shattering  pain and splitting headaches.  They vibrate my teeth and rack my body with pain.  I am an American citizen, a taxpayer and a law abiding citizen, yet I am denied the basic human right of sleep.  I am tortured in my own bed within my own home.  As I write this they are burning the end of my nose and penetrating my rectum with burning directed energy.  This torture has gone on for a decade.  If those of us that have been targeted are unable to expose it and stop this, the rest of the public, will find themselves in a similar situation, as they perfect their techniques on us. 

One of the first things they do to targeted individuals like my self is to isolate us.  My Mother and my friends have not let that happen.  My God has sustained me through his word.  The following text describes my situation well: 

      We are hard-pressed on everyside, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed. 2 Cor.4:8-9

In conclusion, I have learned the motivation behind all this is control.  Those that crave a one world government want to be able to control humanity, (mentally and physically), they do not have the same ideals of honesty and cooperation that the rest of humanity shares, they want to own you and all the rest of the resources on this planet.  They believe their money makes them superior to you and me in every way.   They have utilized terrorism as a tool to convince cowards to give up freedom in the name of security.   Video: http://youtu.be/o2zI0PHuknc

Domestic Terrorism using Microwave Technology

Barrie Trower, distinguished British Physicist and Microwave Weapons Expert, claims governments are targeting selected citizens for experimentation and slow death using microwave beams.

He says they have been perfecting these weapons since the 1970’s.  Microwave beams can be varied in their pulse frequencies and intensity.  The outcome of the beaming creates many forms of cancer and severe neurological disorders for the victim.

Auditory hallucinations and symptoms of schizophrenia are common among individuals hit with microwave.  Depending upon the frequency, it is very easy to irradiate an individual until they end up in jail or a mental hospital.

Mr. Trower claims governments actually pay people to use these weapons on their neighbors in non-consensual experimentation.  They also target people they don’t like or want to silence.

Although the gentleman demurred from stating which countries are using this technology, we know “HAARP” is a U.S. defense project and capable of creating these deadly frequencies. Linked to mind manipulation and weather modification, one can only imagine the true capabilities of this new science.  The U.S. also has the largest population of individuals complaining of directed energy attacks.  Mainstream media has tried to discredit these individuals as tin foil hat wearing, mentally ill, conspiracy theorists.  Proving once again government can count on corporate owned media to cover the sins of our out of control government.

What Mr. Trower describes are covert weapons of mass destruction, capable of destroying plant, animal and human life without anyone knowing who is behind the mayhem. Or, better yet, influence him neurologically to do your bidding.  This could very well be the only tool the New World Order needs to bring humanity into submission.  Why kill your enemy when you can turn them into your slave?

The covert use of microwave weapons undermines our national security and every freedom we still have.  This is more dangerous than any foreign enemy, real or imagined.  The men and women that use these technologies against their fellow citizens are worst than terrorists; they are traitors, guilty of treason.
